At a fair price, Rishikul Yogshala offers 300-hour residential teacher training programs that have been thoroughly thought out and verified. Completion of the 200-hour foundational certification program offered by any Registered Yoga School (RYS) associated with Yoga Alliance is a prerequisite for enrollment in this course. This 200-hour program builds on the Ashtanga Vinyasa course module curriculum to prepare students to teach yoga. During the four weeks of training, advanced hatha techniques and the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga fundamental series are taught. Teaching students the Ashtanga Vinyasa series of poses, from beginner to master, while maintaining alignment and a well-rounded training regimen is the main goal of the curriculum.
