Habib Rafiq(Pvt) is a well-known name in the real estate industry in Pakistan, they are developers of Bahria and DHA in Islamabad. They have also successfully executed their own housing societies in Sargodha, Multan, and Sahiwal by the name of Royal Orchard Multan, Royal Orchard Sarghodha and Royal Orchard Sahiwal respectively.
