It’s a home inspection company, I’m the owner and senior home inspector. We usually inspect homes during a real estate purchase, and we’re mostly hired by the clients who are buying the home, to help them identify all kinds of defects that most people would otherwise miss.A standard Home inspection consists of looking for issues in the following sections: Roof system, Exterior, structure, electrical, Heating and cooling systems, plumbing, insulation and ventilation.
A side from a standard home inspection, we also offer additional services such as: Radon testing, Termite inspection, Mold inspection, Oil tank sweeps, and Sewer scopes
