Our carpet runner on the entry stairs, 2 flights, was soiled and had several dark stains which we never believed would come out. He removed all the dirt and stains. Carpet was fresh and clean. Has a powerful motor in the back of his van that steamed the dirt out. We let the carpet dry a couple of days before walking on it with shoes so as not to soil it.

They cleaned every corner of our apartment and took down all trash, recycling and compost. Folded towels in the bathroom neatly and just overall made the place feel so clean which is nice with a newborn.
