Business Description
With 27 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults, children, and teens navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and life stressors, including adoption, divorce, and post-divorce transitions. As a recent International Fellowship recipient from the International Association for the Study of Attachment, I focus on attachment as key to understanding family dynamics. My doctoral research integrates new strategies for supporting families post-divorce, emphasizing parent-child reunification. Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and as a Family Trauma Specialist, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington with over 90 hours of specialized training in attachment and relational neuroscience.
