Travis Sasser has practiced bankruptcy law since 2000. He has represented thousands of individuals and businesses.Travis developed an affinity for bankruptcy law during law school and decided to concentrate in that area. The firm remained a solo operation for eight years until his brother, Philip, joined the firm. In 2010, attorney Cort Walker joined the firm and in 2020 attorney Joe Lischwe joined the firm.
In addition to the thousands of cases he has handled, Travis has represented parties in Adversary Proceedings and appeals to the US District Court and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Travis became a board-certified specialist in consumer bankruptcy law in 2004 and his exceptional work has earned him numerous awards such as the Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished Peer Review and Client Gold Awards.
