Business Description
Founded by Christina Widmark in 2020. Christina has lived a life in health and fitness. She began her fitness career as a Power lifter, then to Body Builder to Fitness Competitor and lastly Figure Competitor. She competed in her last competition at the age of 50. She has 26 years of experience as a personal trainer, achieving countless certifications in fitness along the way. She successfully owned and operated a 14,000 square foot fitness facility in New Jersey before semi-retiring in North Carolina. Christina has 5 children and 5 grandchildren and counting. She enjoys working out before the sun rises, boat rides, wake surfing and paddle boarding on Hyco Lake.
