The Workplace Initiative is a leadership development company that helps executives and middle managers become more effective leaders and improve company culture. We know that employees leave managers not organizations and so our mission is to make work better by helping people be better leaders of themselves and the people they work with. Our goal is that every person and team we work with creates a positive ripple effect throughout their organization, improving the work lives of employees and the results of the business.

Our programs include individual, group, and team coaching, as well as leadership development workshops and assessments on topics of relevance to today's organizations, such as leading virtually, coaching skills, and building resilience.
