The Crust Buster breaks up the crust layer and the solids – the exact stuff you want out of your tank. We believe that Agitation prevents Aggravation! If you do not agitate the tank before pumping, you are only removing the liquid and leaving the solids and the crust layer behind; causing your aggravation.
