You could say that Big Island Commercial Properties Principal Broker and Founder, James Augustine, was destined to run a company like his. James grew up helping his family's commercial real estate company on the Island of Hawai'i. When the family business sold, he set out to start a similar venture, but wanted to leverage emerging technology and take an innovative approach to improve customer service and client ROI. James resides in Kailua Kona on the Big Island where he runs BICP, surfs with his beautiful wife, and enjoys hunting and being in nature.
