Blue Goose has been serving up the best Tex-Mex in DFW since 1984. Bob Peterson taught us that Mexican food doesn’t have to be the same old boring recipes you get at any other restaurant. Our margaritas have as much kick as our fajitas are kick-ass. We make our tortillas homemade, fresh daily and serve up nothing but the freshest ingredients.
