Bounce Universe Party Rentals, LLC is a family owned business. We provide Safe and Clean Bounce Houses and Wet Slides, and Tents. All attendants are trained annually; with quarterly refresher training on all equipment inventory, customer service and industry best practices. Attendants are certified through a certification process before they work independently. We are certified through S.I.O.T.O with an Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification. All of our inflatables are inspected by the state yearly and have state inspection stickers and are legal to operate in the state of Texas. Delivery charges may apply based on distance from Garland Texas. Our service area includes Garland, Plano, Richardson, Frisco, Heath, Balch Springs, Murphy, Sunnyvale, Mesquite, Rockwall, Sachse, Fate, Wylie, Royce City, Rowlett, Dallas, Irving and more.
We carry a 5M Insurance Policy and for Corporate events we can add the company to our policy as a named insured upon request.
