C&F Mortgages focuses on helping contractors, freelancers and Independant Professionals acquire prime rate mortgage financing, by negotiating realistic rates for our clients with mainstream lenders. Typically, prime rate mortgages are difficult to acquire for contractors and freelancers from high street lenders, as many lenders refuse to recognise their non-traditional methods of receiving payment. We have overcome that bias, with lending criteria based solely upon the client's contract rate.
