In January of 2007, I embarked on my real estate career with Keller Williams Realty. In the first 14 days, I sold my first home. My first year in real estate I was in the top 15 out of 200 agents. As the market turned in 2008, my business thrived in a market where other agents struggled to adjust. Our business doubled overnight by using cutting edge marketing technology and systems to help my sellers and buyers achieve their goals. In 2010, my wife and I were recognized as the #1 husband/wife team with Keller Williams. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). On average, sellers sell for 1.5% more, and buyers save over 1.5% on the purchase of their new home. I have recently been certified as a Military Residential Specialist and am also a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), which is reserved for the top 20% of the company.
