I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.I have experience working with addictive behaviors in youth and adults. I have additional experience working in rehabilitation centers settings with adolescents, court-ordered population, and terminal ill population.
I have over 10 years of experience guiding and conducting Catholic spiritual retreats with women, men, couples and youth. I have study theology and the efficacy of spiritual exercises on the human soul, mind, and body. As a spiritual mentor, I have experience in providing support, relief, and guidance to clients.
