We are state licensed mold inspectors and state licensed mold remediators. We check your house with infrared and thermal cameras to make sure you don't have sitting water behind walls, or slow-leaking pipes. We then use something called an air-o-cell machine that traps the mold into a little cassette that we hand to an independent laboratory. This process usually takes one day. The inspection takes around 30 min. All this for $385, all included. Remember, all state licenses in FL are personal, go to DBPR to verify a license before you hire someone. If they person is not there, they are not licensed.
