Colonial Poplin, our 50 bed Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing home and rehabilitation center, provides individualized services to meet diverse cognitive and physical abilities while Poplin Way Assisted Living gives residents the opportunity to live in their own place while receiving assistance when needed.
