Jim responded to my inquiry right away. He gave me a quote and scheduled my cleaning. He and his worker arrived on time and they finished when estimated. My carpets had a dirty, trodden pathway and I was worried they wouldn't come clean. The carpets look like new!! He even managed to remove an old stain. He is awesome and I highly recommend his service!!
