CF+Y is a privately owned, boutique fitness studio located in Gresham, Oregon that offers Personal Training, Small Group Classes and Yoga. We offer In-Studio & Virtual Memberships as well as In-Home Personal Training. Our signature classes: CORE HIIT, COREYOGA+ and COREYOGA are professionally developed exclusively for you at our studio. They are coached by highly trained and passionate Fitness Professionals. You’ll feel a personal touch in every class experience due to our small group class sizes. As a member of CF+Y, you’ll have unlimited classes both in-studio and virtually. Virtual Memberships are designed for those in our community, who for whatever reason cannot come in to the studio for classes or personal training. Our philosophy is simple: we know that the one hour you spend with us will make the other 23 even better.
