Our mission is to build downtown Delray Beach's Yoga community by bringing the beautiful and rich traditions of the 8 limb path to the modern yogi! Dancing Lion Studio is true Healing Arts Center for all of your health and wellness needs. We are honored to share this space with our community. We like to say that Yoga is a practice.... but how you show up is perfect. We welcome all levels, and offer modalities such as reiki therapy, meditation classes, kundalini yoga and more!
