I have been investing in real estate since 1980s while I was working as an engineer, systems integrator, and computer scientist. I made more money in real estate than all other jobs combined. Now with a real estate license, I have access to more current info and can better help others make good choices in real estate whether buying a personal residence or investing in one of the many facets of real estate opportunities. My experience is in raw land development, multi-family bldgs, single family rehabs (REO, HUD, short sales, etc) and investor financing. How can you cover it all? It comes with age and experience and the desire to share those experiences with others...
