Growing up in the heart of Los Angeles, my love affair with cooking began at the tender age of six. A self-taught chef, I embarked on a culinary adventure, exploring the nooks and crannies of France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, Israel, and Thailand to hone my skills. Fast forward 25 years, and I found myself crafting the finest recipes for my two children, Jade, my 10-year-old son, and my vivacious 6-year-old daughter, Ynez.
