Bedford Housing is a boutique family owned business founded in 2014 led by Elliot Joelson who has been involved in apartment development and management for over 20 years. Since the beginning, our team at Bedford Housing has specialized in providing quality furnished apartments throughout the Los Angeles area. We are active members of CHPA and hold ISAAP Quality and Comfort Accreditations.

Our guests can book with confidence, knowing they are staying with a company that holds ISAAP Certified status and that we have met the established standard of ISAAP assessment requirements, giving assurance to the consumer that high quality standards are consistently being maintained. Our staff members speak English, Spanish, Arabic, Tagalog, French and Hebrew as we are used to a highly international clientele throughout the year.
