A DOT SAP Providers is a Substance Abuse Professional who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare. DOT SAP providers must be licensed or certified by a state credentialing body. Please see the US Department of Transportation website for more information. If you have been referred to a DOT SAP provider, you will be scheduled for an appointment.
