I appreciated the willingness of the people to help. I felt their sincerity especially the technician who helped me fix my refrigerator that was leaking. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me exactly what has gone wrong. The part was replaced, everything cleaned up and fixed within 1 hour. I was very satisfied with the quality.
