I called this company yesterday and surprisingly, my request was accommodated quickly. They're in this business to serve customers and to do their job to the best of their ability. I was beyond thankful that the assigned technician expertly fixed my cooktop that was not igniting. It was an awesome repair. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
