Regional offices are located in New York City, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo. More than 20 community offices throughout the State enable Fidelis Care to serve local members or those who have questions about health insurance for themselves or their families.
Grassroots outreach - from inner-city neighborhoods to the most rural towns - is central to the mission of Fidelis Care. From provider offices, to schools, churches, food pantries, and community agencies, Fidelis Care works closely with hundreds of partners to reach local residents in need and to be a resource in the areas we serve.
Fidelisaurus is the official mascot of Fidelis Care, focused on promoting the importance of health insurance for kids and families, as well as regular checkups, exercise, and healthy eating. The Fidelisaurus loves to join with his Fidelis Care friends to promote health and happiness in fun, creative ways throughout the communities we serve.
