WHO IS SILVANA?... I may be a Realtor by title but in essence, I find solutions in the complex world of real estate for people who are ready to step into homeownership, for existing homeowners who are ready to transition to their next phase in life (downsize/upsize) and are looking for the best outcome. My skill sets along with my ability to speak a second language (Spanish) set me apart from the competition. I am also a coach and mentor to new agents joining our company. I help other agents discover the countless possibilities of our business and how to connect with others. So many things can go wrong in a real estate transaction. My job is to prepare my clients ahead of time so when they are presented with a challenge, we discuss it and agree on the best outcome. I am an expert on pricing analysis and I have a passion for what I do; I am not just an "agent" who is going to sell you a "house", I am a true consultant. My clients become friends for life, they are not just a transaction. I support my community every year through The Angel Program 5K Run for Autism. 99% of my business is repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
