Florida Premium Beef is a family-owned farm that takes immense pride in providing the highest quality, grass fed and grass finished, premium beef. The owners, Kyle and Dawson Smith, were inspired to start this venture to combat the scarce availability of quality beef to the conscious consumer.They decided to utilize their farm in Baker County, Florida to raise premium "claims based" cattle — pasture raised, grass fed, grass finished, no hormones or antibiotics. This results in healthier beef that is still marbled, juicy, and rich in flavor, much like what one would expect at a high-end steakhouse.
