Spas All of this takes place in one of the most charming and historical homes in the area. Built in the early 1930’s by engineer Norman Cottrell, the home required extensive cosmetic work, but it’s double thick brick house has stood like a fortress in North Greenbush over that last 80 years. This would be expected coming from a man who built the Dunn Memorial Bridge and Saw Mill Parkway, amongst other public projects.
