First Time Central Heating Grant Eligibility:The grant is available for Homeowners and Tenants. For rented properties, Landlord’s or the letting agent’s consent is required.
Must have a gas supply (Gas Meter) before 1st April 2022
Eligible Heating Types:
If you are using one of the following heating systems then you are eligible for Free first-time central heating.
Gas fire and warm air heating system
Electric room and inefficient storage heaters
Gas room heaters; including fixed mains gas room heaters
Solid fossil fuel room heaters
