Located where Alhambra,South Pasadena, and Los Angeles (El Sereno) meet, Freedom Martial Arts & Fitness, Inc. offers martial arts and fitness classes for all ages. We work to create, improve, and support the physical, mental, and emotional well being of our students, their families, and the surrounding community. We foster an environment that supports and leads to the creation of personal freedoms on multiple levels. We offer the following classes: Tiny Tiger Karate (ages 4-6) Youth Karate (ages 7-13) Teen/Adult Karate (ages 14+) Fitness Kickboxing (ages 14+) Rock Steady Boxing (for those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease).
