It didn’t matter if anyone showed up; we were just happy to give and practice. But what happened next was amazing. Dozens, then hundreds, started coming to our gatherings, and now we have a vibrant community that regularly attends our yoga and sound bath sessions. We strive to offer a high-quality yoga experience that's accessible to all levels, infused with deep spiritual symbolism and enhanced by Gong and Crystal Bowl sound baths. With 37 years of experience, both as students and leaders, we’ve built a truly heart-connected community. Our favorite feedback? Hearing that people are making new friends through our gatherings.
