We're here to help. Greg Custer Counseling is a private practice that offers individual counseling in Scottsdale, to couples and families. Our mission is simple: we want you to feel better about your life and yourself. Our approach is unique because we believe in using a creative perspective to help you heal. We will work with you to find the resources you didn't know you had so that you can make the changes you want to see in your life. We have conducted over 10,000 suicide risk assessments and served as a Designated Examiner for the state of Idaho. We still learn from our patients every day! We can help with stress management techniques and coping skills; the processing of difficult or significant memories; pinpointing areas of your life that need improvement; developing personal objectives; gaining a better understanding of yourself and others; learning how to communicate more effectively with your partners; improving emotional expression; gaining insight into your relational patterns; increasing self-esteem and confidence; exploring ***** identity issues; working through childhood trauma or abuse issues; dealing with grief after losing someone close to us unexpectedly—even death by suicide!
