About Dr. Max
CERTIFIED HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGEON AND LICENSED MEDICAL DOCTOR
Dr. Chumak is a Diplomate of American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery who graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and worked over 7 years as ICU and OR Registered Nurse. He was accepted into American University of Antigua and completed his Medical Doctor degree in 2008. Dr. Chumak joined U.S. Army in 2010 in rank of Captain and has served as Active Army Reserve physician since then.
Dr. Chumak graduated General Surgery Internship at Michigan State University in 2009, and Family Medicine residency at Wayne State University in 2012. He has been exclusively practicing hair restoration since 2016. Dr. Max was awarded a Certificate of Added Qualification in the Science of Hair Restoration Surgery by American Board Hair Restoration Surgery ® (ABHRS). He is a voting member and presenting faculty at International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery ® (ISHRS) as well as other organizations dedicated to the research and development of new hair restoration technology.
