House Renewal LLC company is a family owned business located in the Columbia area. The owners have purchased over 300 houses over the past twenty years and take pride in treating people with respect and performing quality renovations on the houses. We use locally owned businesses and local tradesmen to do our work and thus support the Columbia economy. We have had many happy customers over the years. We will personally meet with you to talk about your house and not send some salesman. Our word is good and we don’t make promises we don’t keep.
