Open the "Reports" menu, then "Accountant & Taxes" and then "General Ledger," and then click "View Journal Entries in QuickBooks Desktop" to discover "how to view journal entries in QuickBooks Desktop." The report can then be modified to display the specified accounts and date period. By choosing "Make General Journal Entries" from the "Company" menu, you can also access journal entries. This will display all of the earlier system entries.
