TMS is an outpatient treatment, so you won’t have to stay long when you have a session. A typical TMS session takes only between 18 to 19 minutes, so you can complete it very quickly, and get on with your day! TMS is low-stress. We’ll welcome you to our office and direct you to one of our comfortable treatment chairs, where you’ll relax while wearing the electromagnetic coil. For most people, the only thing that’s noticeable about the treatment is a slight clicking sound. You can even listen to music or watch TV while you have the treatment! These factors make TMS therapy much easier—and more pleasant—than other drug-free treatments.
