I came from 30 years in the dental field. As a single mom, I wanted to learn about us buying a home and was scared to make a mistake on the biggest purchase of my life. I took a real estate licensing course, and a CHFA class, and quickly fell in love. I purchased a little house on a lake for my son, our dog and cat, and myself. About six months later, I met my now spouse, a real estate investor.
