Business Description
James is an aggressive former prosecutor who handles a wide variety of traffic and criminal cases. James went to one of the top ten law schools in the country. He then went on to practice corporate law at one of the largest law firms in the United States. After gaining exposure to corporate law, James decided that he wanted to acquire trial skills and he developed those as an assistant commonwealth’s attorney for almost four years. James opened his own practice focusing on criminal defense.
James believes that detailed preparation, significant experience, strong courtroom skills, and a passion for advocacy on behalf of clients separates him from the average attorney. James has extensive experience in handling violent felonies including murder, malicious wounding, abduction, carjacking, and rape as well as drug offenses including: distribution of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance, transporting controlled substances into the commonwealth.
In addition to handling a wide range of other types of felonies and misdemeanor crimes, James also has vast experience in handling traffic matters including, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, hit and run, and reckless driving. James believes strongly that for the average citizen to protect their rights, they need an experienced, focused attorney who will stand up for them and work as hard as they can to achieve the best results possible.
