A native of eastern Washington State, I moved to beautiful Colorado Springs in the summer of 2016 with my husband. This move entailed selling our first home which we bought during the recession of 2008. A simple 700 square foot home that had been built in 1902.
The process of selling this home brought to light for me all the things that should have been done differently. So I became a real estate agent to help buyers and sellers go through the process as smoothly as possible with as much information as they need to understand what's happening during the stressful undertaking of buying or selling their home.
