The Jones Metal Products Company is the single largest deep-draw hydroforming company in the United States. We offer complete-to-print manufacturing using the highest quality metal products by utilizing our extensive engineering capabilities, generations of experience and the latest supporting technologies.

We have expansive facilities dedicated to testing equipment with the ability to produce large volume orders as well as a prototype development program. We have complex hydroforming capabilities and can produce geometric shapes that may be challenging for other operations, even when tasked with using more resistant materials. The facility has 3- and 5-axis lasers, 3- and 5-axis machining centers, two aluminum drop bottom furnaces and a vacuum furnace for aluminum heat treating that is accredited by the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program. Having onsite heat-treating capabilities yields significant savings on lead times and production costs, eliminating the need to transport parts across the country for processing.
