Ladda Thai is an homage to my late grandmother, Ladda. She taught me everything I know about cooking and she’s the person that truly made me fall in love with cooking. She was my personal taste tester and was the first person to give criticism on any new dish that I would try to make. Through Chups, I’m able to bring my menu concept to fruition!
