LC Real Estate Group was originally founded in 1996 with a focus on commercial and residential development in Loveland, Colorado. We have since become a staple in the Northern Colorado community, and have focused our business around our commercial and residential brokerage to continue to build a stronger community.
In addition to our brokerage service, we have become a major regional player with the growth of investment properties, property management, home building, and much more. Our reach extends well beyond Northern Colorado as well, as we have regional activities and investments in Metro Denver and Colorado Springs as well.
