We provide long-term, safe, and low-income senior apartments for those on limited incomes, giving seniors peace of mind and security in their living situation.

In 1969, the Burquitlam Lions Club and then Mayor of Coquitlam, L.J. (Jimmy) Christmas, envisioned a welcoming space for seniors. By February 1971, their vision became a reality with the opening of L.J. Christmas Apartments, and today, we continue to build on this legacy. Our volunteer Board of Directors proudly maintains the building to ensure it's a home for seniors for decades to come.
