Katharina is a licensed LMFT, Marriage-Family Therapist and Supervisor, specializing in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and sex therapy. She graduated from Columbia University in 1996 and has been a therapist for over 25 years. Katharina is certified with the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy as a therapist and supervisor. In addition to couples, she works with families and individuals using EFT, CBT, as well as somatic and relational approaches on attachment issues, anxiety, OCD, trauma, relational issues, affair recovery, and substance abuse recovery.
