Our sauce is based primarily on soy sauce, garlic, and various fruits. Our sauce brings health benefits in addition to exceptional taste. It has passed 3 thorough examinations from FDA and USDA deep-fried twice to burn off the chicken fat, you can taste the crispy, yet less greasy fried chicken over! Our sauce does not stick to your hands unlike other sauced fried chicken.
