Our self defense classes are designed with the belief that every woman should feel confident knowing they have the ability to protect themselves.Timing: Mon - Thur 11:00 AM–1:15 PM and 4:30 PM–7:30 PM, Fri 11:00 am - 6:30 pm, Sun 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
