Napa Valley Home Inspections is a locally owned business started in 2008 when Dean Alm saw a need for educated home inspectors with an eye for details. I Mike Phegley spent the last decade in property management before meeting Dean in 2017. While working with Dean in 2018 I began purchasing Napa Valley Home Inspections so he could retire in 2019. The transition has been flawless. Customers really like my service and new pricing.
