They called back quickly with an appointment schedule and the technician that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I was so happy for he did a great job fixing up my refrigerator that was over freezing. It was all done exceptionally. I will call this company again for appliance service needs.
